We built this because
the lists were broken.
Outdated blog posts. Venues that 'used to' allow pets. Showing up and being turned away. onepawsport exists because finding genuinely pet-friendly venues in Singapore was harder than it should be.
Chotto started it.
One of our co-founders has a Corgi named Chotto. Taking Chotto out β for brunch, a bar evening, a walk through a new neighbourhood β meant spending twenty minutes Googling before every outing. The results were a mix of blog posts from 2019, Facebook groups, and lists that hadn't been touched since before COVID.
Good venues existed. They were just invisible.
The obvious solution was editorial: a small team manually visiting and reviewing hundreds of venues, keeping everything current. Expensive. Slow. Always behind.
We saw a different path. AI could do the heavy lifting β identifying new venues, cross-referencing pet policies, tracking which spots had gone quiet. That frees us to focus on what actually matters: making the experience feel like a recommendation from a friend who already checked, not a database dump.
βTechnology handles the scale. We handle the trust.β
Every venue is checked. Not just listed.
Our approach has two parts: the technology that keeps the directory comprehensive, and the editorial standards that keep it trustworthy.
Singapore is the proving ground.
The model β AI-powered verification, editorial warmth, venue partnerships, SFA compliance consulting β was built to scale. Not just in Singapore.
Across Southeast Asia, pet ownership is rising and the discovery problem is the same. Owners in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Jakarta are staring at their phones asking the same question Chotto's owner asked here.
onepawsport starts in Singapore. It doesn't stop there.
Found something wrong? We want to know.
If a venue has changed their policy, closed down, or we've got something wrong β please tell us. The directory is only useful if it's accurate.
