How much does this cost?
Verified Partner founding rate is SGD 99/month, locked in for 12 months. No setup fee โ€” listing setup is included. If your venue needs SFA compliance setup (signage, physical assessment), that's a one-time SGD 299 (normally SGD 1,000). WhatsApp us and we'll confirm what applies to you.
We already have a Google listing. Why do we need this?
Google tells people your restaurant exists. onepawsport tells pet owners your venue welcomes their dog. Different moment, different decision โ€” and pet owners specifically search for where they can bring their dog before they leave home.
What does SFA compliance actually require?
The core requirements for outdoor dining areas: clear signage stating pets are only allowed in the outdoor area, access to a handwash basin, and hand sanitiser stations. We supply the signage and handle the setup โ€” you don't need to source anything.
Does this apply if we're halal-certified?
Unfortunately no. SFA guidelines currently prohibit dogs at halal-certified premises and hawker centre outdoor areas. For all other outdoor dining venues, the January 2025 rules apply.
We're a small cafรฉ. Is it worth it?
Pet owners are regulars, not one-time visitors. If your outdoor tables run below 70% occupancy on weekday afternoons, the missing segment is almost certainly dog owners. One regular group can represent dozens of visits per month.
